We’re excited to announce that we’ve expanded our solutions for Ingredient Buying and Procurement by integrating Daily Beef and Pork price reports from USDA AMS into cmdtyStats, the leading database for global commodity statistics and fundamental data. This data provides selling prices and quantities sold for carcass, primal and sub-primal cutouts, and the current volume of meat in processing. Explore our Beef and Pork prices and quantities.
As with all offerings in the cmdty product line, cmdtyStats sits alongside, and within, the innovative commodity trading platform cmdtyView, which includes streaming commodity news, and Barchart’s proprietary cash commodity data.
