The Price Alerts Panel
Alerts are used to warn you when specific movement has occurred on a symbol your are monitoring. When the alert is triggered, you will receive an audible alert, with visual notification that appears briefly at the top of your workspace.
When setting an alert, you also have the option to open a dialog when the alert is triggered, where you must acknowledge the alert before proceeding. This forces a confirmation before the alert disappears and you can proceed:
Once an alert is triggered, it is disabled and you will not be warned of the alert condition again unless you reset it in the Alerts Panel.
