Rectangle

The rectangle is a non-analytical drawing object used to highlight or bring attention to a particular area on a chart.

Draw a Rectangle

1. Right-click on the chart to display the context menu.
2. Highlight Add Drawing, then click Rectangle.
3. Click on the chart where you would like to draw the object, drag your mouse to its proper size, and release to drop the object on the chart.

Resize the Rectangle

1. Click anywhere on the rectangle (the cursor changes to a hand, and four "handles" will appear around the object.).
2. Position your cursor on any of the handles (the cursor changes to a crossbar). You can now drag and drop it to the desired size / shape.
