Available Quoteboard Columns
A Quoteboard panel can contain any of the following data columns:
Column | Description |
Ask | The last Ask Price from the exchange floor, indicating a willingness to sell at that price. |
Ask x Size | Contains both the last Ask Price and the number of contracts offered at that price. |
Ask Size | The total number of contracts offered at the current Ask Price. |
Bid | The last Bid Price from the exchange floor, indicating a willingness to purchase at that price. |
Bid x Size | Contains both the last Bid Price and the number of contracts offered at that price. |
Bid Size | The total number of contracts offered at the current Bid Price. |
Change | The difference between the Last Price and the Close Price from the previous day or session. |
Change % | The percent change from the Open Price. |
Exchange | The exchange on which the symbol is traded. |
Expiration | For futures symbols, the date that the contract will expire. |
High | The highest price paid during the current trading session. |
Last | The last price paid during the current trading session. |
Last Size | The total number of contracts purchased by the last trade. |
Low | The lowest price paid during the current trading session. |
Month | For futures symbols, the month and year of the contract. |
Name | The full name of the symbol. |
Note | Allows you to enter a free-form note to any symbol on the quoteboard. |
Open | The first price paid during the current trading session. |
Open Interest | The total number of futures contracts traded that have not yet been liquidated either by an offsetting futures transaction or by delivery. |
Previous | The previous trading session's Closing Price. |
Previous Settle | The settle price from the previous session. |
Range | The Range meter shows the session's range, and how much trading is up or down from the high and low. The Open is identified with double yellow arrows on the graph, and the point where the green and red bars intersect represents the Last price. The green area represents the percentage up from the open, and the red area represents the percentage down from the open. For example, a graph with a larger green area has a positive Change%, and a graph with a larger red area has a negative Change%. |
Settle | The settle price from the last session. |
Settled | Yes or No. Indicates whether the current session has settled. |
Symbol | The ticker symbol. |
Time | Time of the last bid or ask. |
Trade Time | Time of the last trade. |
Volume | The total number of contracts traded during the current trading session. |
VWAP | The volume weighted average price. Specific to certain exchanges (ICE) VWAP is available only on certain contracts. |
