Customize Quoteboard Columns

Quoteboard columns can be manually configured, or you can change the order of the columns by dragging and dropping the column headings.

Manually Add / Remove Columns

1. Click the Columns button at the top of the quoteboard.
   Result: A drop-down list appears, with a checkmark next to columns that are currently displayed.
2. Check or uncheck columns. As you do, the quoteboard panel is updated.
3. Click outside the drop-down list to close it and return to the quoteboard.

Alternate Method

Use the Quoteboard Settings dialog to add, remove, or change the order in which columns appear on the panel.

1. Click the Action Menu, found at the top right of the panel, and select Settings.
2. Open the Columns tab.
3. Use the dialog box to move columns back and forth from the Available and Selected columns. You may also reorder the Selected columns using the arrows at the far right of the dialog box.
4. Click Save.

You can reorder columns directly on the quoteboard by dragging an dropping them into a new position.
