CUPERTINO, Calif., April 11, 2025 /CNW/ - (TSXV:BWLK.VN) (OTC-BB:BWLKF) Boardwalktech Software Corp. (the "Company" or "Boardwalktech") announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") with respect to the duration of its previously announced private placement (the "Offering") pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions.
