Austin Schroeder

Austin grew up in the heart of corn and cattle country in south-central Nebraska, spending summers of his youth working on the family farm. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating with a B.S in Animal Science, focusing on livestock production. While there he also earned a minor in Agribusiness. After a stint in the feedlot industry, he worked as a commodity analyst for Brugler Marketing & Management LLC, a well-known market analysis firm, under the mentorship of Alan Brugler for 8 years.

He is now the president and owner of Schroeder Commodity Marketing, which provides fundamental and technical analysis of the commodities markets, risk management advice and consulting, training on the use of price risk management tools, and outlook and educational seminars for businesses and individuals involved in the food and agriculture sector worldwide.
