Rich Asplund
Richard is an investment analyst covering the global financial, equity, commodity, and clean energy markets. He has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, specializing in finance, economics, and statistics. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Richard is the author of Profiting from Clean Energy: A Complete Guide to Trading Green in the Solar, Wind, Ethanol, Fuel Cell, Carbon Credit Industries, and more (Wiley, 2008) and is the contributing author of The CRB Commodity Yearbook (Wiley, 2003 through 2026) and The CRB Encyclopedia of Commodity and Financial Prices (Wiley, 2006, 2009).
