Waterpure International Inc (WPUR)

WaterPure International, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Florida on July 22, 2005, for the purpose of marketing selected private label products and services to the small office and/or home office as well as the consumer markets. The Company markets and eventually manufactures the licensed Atmospheric Water Generators from Everest Water Ltd, devices that harvest pure drinking water from ambient air. These machines are engineered to produce drinking water virtually free of any material, bacterial, organic or other contaminants. The Company also markets mineral additives that would permit addition of organic minerals, flavors and other desired additives to water produced by the machine. The Atmospheric Water Generators would bear its own exclusive Water Pure branding. Currently, the Company has focused on completion of its final production model of its new AWG, the WaterCycle (tm). The Company's current production line consists of the Watercycle(tm) AWG. This machine converts air into fresh drinking water. AWGs are suitable for home/small office use and for higher volume office or commercial use. The Company is currently aligning its marketing and distribution program to place its AWG products into the consumer market and commercial marketplace through distributor relationships. The principal competition within the AWG industry comes from Air to Water, Inc. also known as World Wide Water Company.
