Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NasdaqGM:AERI) to Alcon Inc. ( NYSE: ALC).
