Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of O2Micro International Limited (NasdaqGS:OIIM) to FNOF Precious Honour Limited. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, each American Depository Share ("ADS") of the Company, representing fifty ordinary shares, will be exchanged for the right to receive $5.00 in cash per ADS without interest.
