Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. (NasdaqGM:APEN) to Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE:BSX).
