CoinSmart Obtains Final Order Approving CoinSmart Arrangement with WonderFi

TORONTO, June 27, 2023 /CNW/ - CoinSmart Financial Inc. ("CoinSmart") (NEO:SMRT) (FSE:IIR), a leading Canadian headquartered crypto asset trading platform, is pleased to announce that CoinSmart has obtained a final order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the previously announced plan of arrangement under Section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the "CoinSmart Arrangement"), pursuant to which WonderFi Technologies Inc. (TSX:WNDR.TO) ("WonderFi") will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of CoinSmart in exchange for common shares and earnout rights of WonderFi, as more particularly described in the Joint Management Information Circular of WonderFi, Coinsquare Ltd.
