TORONTO, Jan. 24, 2025 /CNW/ - Global Atomic Corporation ("Global Atomic" or the "Company") (TSX:GLO.TO) (OTCQX:GLATF) (FRANKFURT:G12) is pleased to announce that due to significant investor demand, the Company has increased the maximum gross proceeds of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") from C$30,000,000 to C$36,000,000. Under the revised Offering, the Company will sell up to 45,000,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.80 per Unit.
