CUPERTINO, Calif., March 17, 2025 /CNW/ - (TSXV:BWLK.VN) (OTC-BB:BWLKF) Boardwalktech Software Corp. (the "Company" or "Boardwalktech") is pleased to announce it has closed, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), an initial tranche of a non-brokered private placement of 8,576,573 units (each, a "Unit", and collectively the "Units") of the Company at the price of C$0.13 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately C$1,114,954 (the "LIFE Offering") pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption (the "LIFE") of National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus Exemptions ("NI 45-106"), which was previously announced on February 27, 2025.
