(“Hanover” or “the Company”), the holding company for Hanover Community Bank (“the Bank”), today reported significant performance achievements for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 highlighted by strong levels of net income, net interest income and net interest margin. Further, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the payment of a $0.10 per common share cash dividend payable on August 16, 2022 to stockholders of record on August 9, 2022. This is the Company’s third cash dividend.
